RETURNS POLICY:
Changed your mind after receiving your order? Not quite what you expected or noticed a defect? No worries—we get it! Sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how you can return your purchase in 3 simple steps:
Notify us:
Send an email to sparkljunction@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please include the reason for the return, and if there's a defect, attach a clear image. Returns requested after 48 hours cannot be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we'll guide you through the next steps.
Return:
After you receive our confirmation, please send the product back to us in its original packaging, with tags intact. It must be unworn and unused. You'll need to ship the item within 5 days of receiving our approval. The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier and sharing the tracking ID with us via the same email.
Get a Refund Coupon:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and confirm it's in good condition, we’ll issue a refund coupon code within 24-48 hours.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit (coupon code) equal to the value of the returned product. The code is valid for one year from the date of issue, and is for single use only, not combinable with other offers.
- For prepaid orders, the full product amount is refunded as store credit.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹100 will be deducted to cover shipping and handling charges.
If you’re returning just one item from a multi-product order, no deduction will be made, as we consider this a partially successful transaction.
Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, your refund coupon code will be sent within 24–48 hours.
