Shipping Partners:

We have partnered with trusted shipping carrier 'Delhivery' to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. However, please understand that once your package is in transit, delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control. Customers are requested to provide the correct full address along with pin code to ensure right delivery,

Shipping location and charges:

Currently we are shipping only in India. All COD orders are subject to delivery charges. To avoid these, customer can opt for prepaid orders.

Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event of a delay—such as a product shortage due to high demand—we will contact you to provide updated processing times. We kindly ask for your patience in such situations, as there may be multiple orders for the same item.

Shipping Time:

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery to metro cities takes usually 3-5 working days while to remote locations it can take 5-7 working days. In case of delayed delivery due to shipping partner, Sparkl Junction will not be responsible for the same. 

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
